Poster is not dead!
The cultural heritage of Polish Poster is under constant debate, which varies between whether the Polish School of Posters is limited to the borders of Poland and the people living there or not. Attention is paid more to the place of origin and creation of the poster than to its characteristics. These features are the basis of the uniqueness of the Polish School of Posters, and they distinguish it from others.
Among other things, these features are that this poster is an artistic poster, it gives a second life to the work it illustrates, evokes an emotional reaction from the recipient. It is more thoughtful, its intellectual value works on a different principle than a commercial poster. On the other hand, in the case of an artistic poster, this intellectual value will be graphics and metaphors. Metaphors and allegories hidden in them. All such subcutaneous, invisible to the naked eye things.
More posters will be added soon, stay tuned !
