I would like to present my recent design of window display art for Halloween. It was designed for Shelf Life Books and Zines store in Cardiff, Wales.

SHELF LIFE - BOOKS AND ZINES

With this design I wanted to capture atmosphere of the time in what Halloween takes place, Autumn.

My main focus was on choosing a limited colour palette that fits both Autumn and Halloween vibes.

I pictured the essence of the shop - books and zines, in the ribbon that is the centre of attencion.

The image of the black cat is iconic for this time of year, but I had a problem with finding suitable companion for the other window that is more welcoming than scaring clients of the shop. I choosen an rabbit. Mostly depicted in brighter colours, this black rabbit fit perfectly in Halloween spirit.

The bottom designs of windows depicts people wearing costumes to celebrate the event.
